Where do the bot and the data run?

Veradicta rents businesses a chatbot for their website and helps with adding it. The owner is Maximilian Bertsch; it is a sole trader business from Germany, founded in 2026.

If you rent a bot from us, you talk to the people who build it, and later to the same people. This page says who that is, how it works and what you can hold us to.

Who looks after your bot

Maximilian Bertsch, owner: Builds the bot and the customer portal and sets up your bot with your knowledge, on every plan. He is your contact from the first enquiry through to day-to-day running, and he is the one who replies when you write to us.
What you get from us: A personal reply within 24 hours, no ticket number and no waiting in a queue. And a bot that answers only from your knowledge and admits gaps instead of guessing.

How it works

No setup fee, no ticket system. This is how it goes, from the first contact to a running bot.

1. You write to us: What your business does and which questions keep coming up. We reply in person, within 24 hours.
2. The knowledge goes into the portal: We import your website for you when we set up your bot, on every plan. You read it over to check it is accurate, and add whatever is missing in plain English.
3. One line of code, and it runs: You or your web designer add it to your website. If it does not work first time, we do it together with you online.
4. You stay in control: In the portal you read every conversation, correct wrong answers and see what the bot did not know. We are there if something is not working.

What stays with you: keeping the knowledge up to date, checking it as the expert, and following up the enquiries it files in the portal for you. The full division of work is on the pricing page.

What we do

Veradicta rents businesses a chatbot for their own website. The bot answers solely from the knowledge the business has entered in the customer portal, and says openly when it does not know something instead of guessing. For online shops, from the Medium plan, it imports the product catalogue, makes recommendations from it and shows up to three items as a card with picture, price and link; if too many items fit equally well, it asks a follow-up question instead of guessing. It is added with one line of code; the website does not need to be rebuilt. Data is stored on a server in Germany. The service is aimed exclusively at businesses.

What you can hold us to

Anyone can make promises. You can check these four points on this website yourself before you talk to us.

The bot says what it does not know: It answers from the knowledge entered in the portal and admits gaps openly instead of guessing. How to test any provider on this is explained on the page When a chatbot makes things up.
Our prices are public: All plans are listed with term and notice period on the pricing page, Small, Medium and Big at a fixed price, Ultimate on request. You do not have to have a conversation to find out what it costs.
The limits are stated before you buy: What the bot cannot do is stated on the pages themselves: it does not enter appointments into calendars by itself (though it does guide visitors to your business's online booking), it cannot see order data, and nobody can honestly give an absolute guarantee against made-up answers.
Figures only with a source: Wherever this website states a figure as fact, its source is given alongside it. You will not find advertising claims without evidence here; if need be, the figure is simply left out.

Young, small, verifiable

Veradicta has existed since 2026. We cannot show any customer logos yet, and we are not going to make any up. Instead, you can check everything yourself before you decide: the bot on our sample website (in German), our own product in live operation, the customer portal (in German) with sample data and no login, the terms and conditions and the privacy policy, with the server at Hetzner in Nuremberg.

Small means: short lines of communication and the same contacts, but no round-the-clock hotline. If the latter matters more to you, we would rather say so now than after the contract.
